Rules Of New Dominoes                   Home

 

 

 

 

Block game is one of the easy classic game with Dominoes and played by people in many countries. There are many regional variants and rules for block games dominoes. The New Dominoes features 3 most challenging block game dominoes: Standard Block Game, Indonesian Gaple Game and Five-Up ( also known as Muggins or All Fives ).  

 

Basic Rules Of New Dominoes

PLAYERS   The game is for 4 players only and can be played as individual (single) or partnership (team). The first player is you and computer controls the other 3 players. This is a single player game against computer. 

DISTRIBUTION   The game uses double six deck size. There are 28 cards range from double zero to double six. All dominoes cards are distributed among the players, so each player has 7 dominoes cards in his/her hand. 

PLAYING THE CARD    Each dominoes playing card has two sides with number of spots on each side. All the card must be played end-to-end and stacked on top of the last card and must match number of spots. If a player cannot play a card, he/she must pass. To play a card, move cursor to location of the card. If the card is playable, the cursor will change to hand shape. Just click on the card to play it. If the card can be played to both open ends the card will blinking. Just click on any open ends to put the card there. 

FIRST PLAY OF THE MATCH    The computer will shuffle the cards at the beginning of the match and distribute them among the players with face down. Your cards are in the middle bottom of the screen with face up. In Standard Block Game and Five-Up, player who has the highest doubles ( double six ) will starts the match. In Gaple game, player who has a double zero will starts the match. The game continues clockwise or counter-clockwise.  

FIRST PLAY OF THE GAME   The computer will shuffle the cards at the beginning of each game and distribute them among the players with face down. Your cards are in the middle bottom of the screen with face up. In Standard Block Game and Five-up, player who won in the previous game will start the play with any card he/she wants. In Gaple game, player who won in the previous game will start the play with any card he/she wants except double-zero and double-six. In Gaple game, you cannot start the game with double-six or double-zero. The game continues clockwise or counter-clockwise.  

END OF THE GAME   The game ends when one player plays his last card or when all players have consecutively passed. 

END OF THE MATCH   The Objective of the New Dominoes is to get a highest score among any other players in a limited games or points. You can select or specify number of points or number of games in a match.
